Globaltruck exercises strict control over the recruitment of new drivers through pre-hire background checks, driver assessment, in-house trainings on safe and fuel-efficient driving. All our employees complete a trial period before being hired. The company runs in-house driver training programmes to enhance the skills and qualifications of its employees.

In line with its HR policy, Globaltruck ensures transparent employment conditions and high professional standards. A personal incentive scheme backed by a detailed KPI system has been introduced for drivers and other employees.
