Russian Trucking Market Overview

Globaltruck comprises six operating entities:

• JSC Lorry in Yekaterinburg (Lorry);
• OOO Magna in Magnitogorsk (Magna);
• OOO Longrun Logistics in Novosibirsk (Longrun);
• OOO Globaltrak Logistic in Noginsk, Moscow region (GTL);
• OOO Gruzoprovod in Yekaterinburg (Gruzoprovod);
• GT IT Ltd in Moscow (GT IT);

The overall management of the operating entities is performed by Public Joint Stock Company GLOBALTRUCK MANAGEMENT.

Globaltruck Company Structure

Globaltruck's business model combines the advantages of a big holding company with the high efficiency, experience and agility of local operating companies led by highly professional and motivated management.

JSC "Lorry"

Lorry is the Group's largest subsidiary by revenue, fleet size, cargo volume and other measures. Lorry has been a member of the Association of International Trucking Companies since 1995.

JSC "Magna"

Magna is based in Magnitogorsk and operates branches in Samara and Ufa. The company also has a maintenance and repair centre in Magnitogorsk.

LLC "Longrun"

Longrun is based in Novosibirsk. The company operates its own maintenance and repair centre in Novosibirsk.

LLC "Globaltruck logistic"

GTL is based in Noginsk (Moscow region) and has branches in Chelyabinsk and Moscow. GTL has its own maintenance and repair centre in Noginsk.

LLC "Gruzoprovod"

Gruzoprovod was established in Yekaterinburg to manage the expedited delivery project (“Cargo Pipeline”). We launched this innovative delivery format in 2017 with multiple interchangeable trucks carrying a single semi-trailer along its route.
